I need to go to the Doctor ASAP but i have no sort of health insurance. HELP?

So I used to have Medicaid up till i was 19. (you dont qualify after 19yrs old) I live in Texas. I'm about to turn 20 years old next month. I don't have my parents, I just finished school and graduated as an RMA. I have no source of income at all. I really really really need to go to the doctor for a personal problem as soon as possible. I need help or advice. I believe I'm bipolar and its ruining my life. How do i go about to get help? I need it. Thanks.
