Will getting married affect my medicaid?

I have tricare through my dad because I am a dependent (he is in the military), and then I have medicaid because of my non-existing income. My fiance and I live together, and right now are both students and expecting a baby August 14th this year. He is joining the airforce but before he can enlist and swear into the military they told him he needs to be married because he is considered a single parent even though we are together. If we get married before our son is born, I will definitely lose my tricare, but will I also lose my medicaid because it adds on his income? Or will I still be covered for my labor and delivery?
