How can i get my my mom to get me health insurance?

I'm 17 years old, i dont turn 18 for another ten months. I need glasses and a root canal, but the big problem is that my mom wont take the time to get me health insurance, she has a solution for both, if i cant see something, get closer, when my tooth starts hurting take tylonal, im getting tierd of it. how can i make her sit down and get me childrens medicaid???
