I just found out I'm pregnant! what do i do next?

so i found out that im pregnant. i did my home pregnancy 3 times and then i went to plan parent hood and took one to see. yup im pregnant! Today i am 4 weeks and 6 days :) I don't have insurance so i really don't know what to do know. How can i get medicaid so i can get to my doctors appoinments and i dont know were to go first! please help. ive already tried calling for wic and left a voice mail but no calls have been returned. Also what kind of vitamins should i be taking?
