Will the Republicans cut medicaid, medicare and social security and allow the elderly to simply die?

For lack of medical care, and enough funds to afford food, clothing, and home to lay their head, all to protect the loopholes so that the millionaires and billionaire can continue to avoid paying their fair share of taxes?
