Sharp stabbing pain in lower left abdomen?!?

So i am 14 years old and i recently just noticed a nickel sized lump in my lower leftside of my abdomen. Idk what it is..And im kinda freaking out about it! It hurts when i turn a certain direction and when im really tense. Idk how to relax for it though :/ Im not sexually active and have never had sex.If that matters. I can't talk to my mom about it..cause i don't have one. And i just don't know what to do. Im nervous to tell anyone im close to and i dunno how to get to a doctor's office :/ Any help!?!? Im really scared and freaking out about it :( I just can't calm down :( Help?!
