No because if they don't have an effective business takeover proposal then the club executives will feel they will not be doing what is best for the club. Like if a really rich person took over without knowing anything about football or anyone in his proposal or board team being associated with football, then I think the club would fall apart within a few years because they won't know which sectors to put the money.
