Have you ever traveled to countries that you thought were so prestigious and realized they're no different?

I know what you're saying. I too had loads of preconceived notions about countries before visiting them, and found they were nothing like I thought they were going to be. If you want to meet some really funny people though, you should go to Ireland. They are hilarious over there.
