Do you think this is a fair bedtime?

I am 14 years old and have the whole summer off. Almost every day I can sleep in as late as I want and have nothing going on. However my mom seems to think she should still tell me when to go to bed. (Usually around 11) I am not a little kid, I can judge when I'm tired. No matter how late I stay up, in the summer I can easily get 10 hours of sleep by sleeping in. I tried telling her this but she says she will tell me to go to bed when she thinks is reasonable. She says the only way I can stay up later is if I have something special going on, and she doesn't see the point of stay up late just to watch TV or go on facebook. She doesn't understand that it's SUMMER and I just want to relax and there's no point in going to bed if I'm not even tired. Do you think this is fair? How can I convince her that she doesn't always need to tell me when to go to bed?
