Does medicaid cover tooth extractions?? Texas?

is their a co payment? If so how much? Oh yeah if you can answer this too.. I also enrolled in superior health plan bc I am pregnant and havent received my member card. How long does it take to get it? Do I really need it right away bc im 14wks and just been giving the medicaid paper to every dr appointment?
