I try to lucid dream, but this happens. Someone please help me!?

hello there, i also study this and astral projection. I noticed that im not able to lucid dream. When i try to have a lucid dream i automatically kick into an OBE (out of body experience). Well from my experience....sounds like your about to have an OBE. What i had experienced was when i tried it, i would first feel numb ...you know when you try to move and you just cant. Then i would hear like an earthquake rumbling sound (im guessing a vibration). Thats as far as ive gone before successfully having a full OBE.....ima try to give it another shot tonight. i still need to find out more info on lucid dreaming and astral travel
