How can i achieve type 3c hair?

I've been transitioning. Mainly because the chemicals were messing with me and straight hair really wasn't what i wanted, but curly hair. Straight hair sounded like a good idea, so i relaxed it for about 3 years (every 3months). Anywho, i'm not really happy with my hair. I have type 4 hair and i want to achieve type 3c. How can i do that? Which products (preferably natural) can help me with that? I know it's possible somehow. I saw some pictures of a girl transitioning and had nice curly locks, only she never gave tips or anything on how she did it. Thanks ahead !
