How can I see spiritual energy?

For many years now I have had the ability to sense and sometimes see spirits. I am a Spiritualist and I have found out in the past few years that I have the added skill to use my own inner Spirit Energy to call forth weapons and shields.I have also developed a type of hypnosis that, instead of causing you to follow random commands, helps you relax and connect with your own inner power. I know how this sounds but I am being truly honest with you all. Please keep any negative comments to a minimum. If anyone can give me any ideas on good ways to enhance my still growing powers I am all ears. So, any ideas friends?
