Should I wait until "the right time" to get pregnant?

My husband and I tried to conceive twice last year when I had a decent job but i lost both of them and I had to quit my job last summer due to some health issues etc. Now I have a job without insurance and my husband never had any. We have both been applying for ANY job with benefits for the last year and have only had 1 call back from a temp service where he wouldnt get benefits til he was hired on. If we dont try this fall, we wont try again until Im out of college (could be 5 years from now) and I dont want to START my family at 30, Id like to be halfway done by then. has anyone else had a pregnancy without insurance? im pretty certain we could qualify for medicaid but ive had 2 miscarriages and would like to have had some testing done before we ttc again. this is so frustrating. its like the economy determines whether or not i get to have a family!
