5 weeks Pregnant, What now?

Hi there. I believe I am about 4-6 weeks pregnant. I have never had a child before and I haven't told my parents yet because I want to be positive before I break the news. I took 2 home tests, both positive and I FEEL sooo pregnant. Either way, I don't know what the next step is. I do not have insurance, but I have applied for Medicaid just today. But I need to get to a doctor asap right? Sorry, I am a little clueless right now I have never done any of this before. I dont have a doctor or a obgyn, so where do I go to confirm I have a HEALTHY baby growing/what the next step is?
