Help me pick out a gift?

My relative generously spent $500 airport ticket so I could relax and learn about the meaning of life, but I had some medication conditions that prevented me from going during that time. I wished I went because that could have changed me as a person and my entire life possibly. Although, when I make enough money in the future with a good paying job. I am planning to visit her in Oregon. I heard it's nice up there, since I live in California. She has a little baby girl at home. I am hoping I could repay her with a gift for spending so much on me. I have a part-time job making minimum wage. Anything is nice. Please give me some suggestions. Thanks.
